Often it is not what is happening to us that is difficult, it is the way we look at it. At other times it is absolutely the problem that is difficult to deal with. Everyone experiences a range of emotions and issues at times and without time to reflect and process what has happened, giving ourselves time to process what we have learned about ourselves as a result of this experience we risk passing our pain onto other people in our lives and blaming others instead of the healthier approach which is to take responsibility for our emotions and situations. At times other people can project feelings they don’t want to own onto you and this can feel confusing – what is me and what is them? We can work together to work that out.
