Different therapies can be useful at different times in our lives or you might just feel that one is more appropriate for you. That’s why we have three different options for you.

Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing practice and works on the chakras of the body to relax you and can also reduce pain and provide balance to your mind, body, emotions and spirit. Find out more on our Reiki Page.

Counselling is a talking therapy. We can work on any issue as the techniques are the same regardless of the reason you seek it out. Counselling works with three core conditions, acceptance, congruence and unconditional positive regard. The therapy allows clients to process their thoughts and feelings and get in touch with their intuition so they find their own solutions. The counsellor is a facilitator who knows what emotions feel like but knows that the client is the expert in their own situation and so knows the best way to deal with whatever is going on at that time. Counselling can explore past issues, present issues or how issues from the past impact on the here and now. It can also address anxiety or as an alternative way of looking at it, living in the future!
